About the INNOVATEST NEMESIS 9100G2

The INNOVATEST NEMESIS 9100G2 is the most comprehensive universal hardness testing platform in the INNOVATEST range, combining Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell, and Knoop methods in a single fully automated instrument. This eliminates the cost, space, and workflow complexity of maintaining multiple dedicated hardness testers for different test methods.

The six-position automatic turret switches between indenters and objective lenses under software control, enabling multi-method test sequences to run unattended. High-resolution coaxial LED illumination and a precision camera system deliver sharp indentation images for accurate automated diagonal measurement across all optical methods.

The NEXUS software platform supports automated hardness traverse profiles — critical for heat treatment case depth determination — as well as full 2D hardness mapping, statistical process control, and customizable report generation with direct export to Excel, PDF, and LIMS systems.
