Its fully automatic recirculating sample cell continuously circulates the sample dispersion through the measurement zone while the built-in 40 W adjustable ultrasonic bath maintains dispersion without manual intervention.
The laser diffraction measurement principle provides a fast, robust particle size distribution based on the Mie scattering model. With a measurement time of just 60 seconds per sample and reproducibility better than 1% RSD on D50, the BT-9300ST delivers the speed and consistency required for high-throughput production QC.
The Windows-based software includes customizable report templates, batch measurement sequences, and statistical analysis tools for trend monitoring and SPC integration.
